A warm welcome to our 2026 Laurent-Perrier Champagne Scholars!

We are thrilled to announce the twelve winners of the 2026 Laurent-Perrier Champagne Scholarships! 🥂

With 53 applications received, these twelve UK-based wine professionals are all incredibly talented, dedicated and determined, representing all walks of life and professional roles.

🎓 These scholarships offer the scholars the chance to undertake the Wine Scholar Guild Champagne Masters course, the most up-to-date and comprehensive certification available on the wines of Champagne. They were also invited to attend a day-long masterclass in sales and negotiation, followed by a tutored tasting of Champagne Laurent-Perrier's range.

The Gérard Basset Foundation is delighted to continue its partnership with Champagne Laurent-Perrier and Wine Scholar Guild. Together we are bringing these scholarships to fruition and opening doors to the champagne trade.
