A Timely Article by our Dear Friend and Colleague

Our dear friend and Head of Communications for the Gérard Basset Foundation, Christian Holthausen, has penned an unflinching article on the realities of inclusion in our industry, arguing that if we truly wish to make our sector as fair, welcoming and supportive as possible, then we need to work to include absolutely everyone within it, no matter their background or their circumstances. Christian’s choice of examples is at times shocking and also illuminating, as they demonstrate how our industry can be a daunting and hostile place to be - if we let it.
